AKX Studio SLU processes the information provided by interested parties, for the purposes of carrying out the correct management and administration of the requested services, contact (responding to queries from people who contact us by email, the contact forms on the website or by telephone), managing data from our suppliers (We process the contact details and tax data of the suppliers (natural persons) from whom we obtain services or goods…) and users of our websites (The navigation system and the software that enables the operation of our website automatically record the data that is normally generated in the use of Internet protocols, including the IP address or domain name of the computer used by the person viewing the website. APPLICATIONS LINKED TO SAGE OR ANOTHER PLATFORM
Applications developed by AKX Studio SLU linked to SAGE or another system external to the app, only store the information necessary for the correct operation of the application and verification of the use of a valid license. In no case will this information be transferred or sold to any third party. Security measures such as unique tokens, information encryption, access limitation by IP or platform, among others, will be taken.
The information that will be displayed in the application will be obtained from the client’s management system and the client will be the only person responsible for its handling. In addition, in no case will we store or transfer any information that comes from the client’s system.
Some of our applications request access to the microphone, due to the use of the voice to text transcription system, which must be activated by the user.
In no case are the recorded audios stored or sent and in no case is the microphone used in another section beyond that used by the user.
